Refund Policy

Designs Pedia refund policy will be void if;

• You have chosen an all-in-one package.

• The primary design concept has been approved.

• You have demanded revisions.

• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company or our policies.

• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.

• The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.

• Other company or designer apart from us has been approached for the same project.

• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.

• A complete design change has been demanded.

• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time.

• The business is closing or changing its name or business.

• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

• If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.

• No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.

• Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free.

• Services availed using discounted coupons or promotional prices are not eligible for any refunds.

• The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.

• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

• In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

• If a customer has availed any service at a discounted rate, regardless of the circumstances, no refund will be granted.

• The no-refund policy is non-negotiable and applies to all discounted services.

• Once a discounted service is purchased, the customer acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of the transaction.

Note: Designs Pedia holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever we seem it is necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Designs Pedia . The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

How To Claim Your Refund

5. Turnaround Time

6. Record Keeping
Designs Pedia retains records of all finalized designs. In case of a misplaced order, clients will be provided with the corresponding files upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability
