Designs Pedia refund policy will be void if;

• You have chosen an all-in-one package.

• The primary design concept has been approved.

• You have demanded revisions.

• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company or our policies.

• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.

• The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.

• Other company or designer apart from us has been approached for the same project.

• The creative brief is lacking in the required information.

• A complete design change has been demanded.

• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time.

• The business is closing or changing its name or business.

• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

• If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.

• No refund can be claimed/processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.

• Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free.

• Services availed using discounted coupons or promotional prices are not eligible for any refunds.

• The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 30 days, from the date of purchase.

• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

• In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.

• If a customer has availed any service at a discounted rate, regardless of the circumstances, no refund will be granted.

• The no-refund policy is non-negotiable and applies to all discounted services.

• Once a discounted service is purchased, the customer acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of the transaction.

Note: Designs Pedia holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever we seem it is necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Designs Pedia . The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.

We will try to resolve your query and concern in light of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

After the refund, the rights to your design would be transferred to Designs Pedia and you would not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the company.

1. Since the rights to design would now be transferred to Designs Pedia, you concur that you will have no right (immediate or circuitous) to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same.

2. Working in a joint effort with the Government Copyright Agencies Designs Pedia would share Copyright Acquisition data for the refunded outlines that would confine the re-utilization of the designs as original designs in the future.

The “My Account” area is a convenient way to communicate. It is your sole responsibility to check the account section for all questions, queries, concerns, and any other instructions for the designer. Failure to actively check the “my account” section may become a cause of hindrance in your perusal of a refund. In order to provide you with complete satisfaction, our designers are instructed not to deviate from the specifications provided by the client in the order form.

The designs are crafted after adequate and thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

We revamp the requested design and continue overhauling it until you are 100% fulfilled (depending upon your package).

As part of our terms and conditions, we strongly recommend the acquisition of hosting and SSL directly through Designs Pedia for optimal performance and security. In the event that the client opts to use their own hosting and SSL, it is imperative to note that any associated migration costs shall be borne by the client.

All design order files are delivered to My Account as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.
